Please join us for a musical winter afternoon at the STEP Benefit. Held at the Annisquam Village Church and co-hosted by Temple Ahavat Achim of Gloucester, funds raised will support the Science Training Encouraging Peace (STEP) initiative, which assists Israeli and Palestinian scholars in partnership.

This celebratory event will feature an esteemed roster of musicians ranging in style and background, including violinist and vocalist Abigale Reisman, Palestinian pianist Akram Haddad, violinist Scott Moore, and the AVC and TAA choirs and band.

STEP's mission is to establish and foster enduring relationships between Israelis and Palestinians,with the knowledge that these connections have a ‘multiplier effect’ for peace and progress. By funding stipends for pairs of Palestinian and Israeli science students (one Israeli and one Palestinian from the West Bank or Gaza per pair) for the full length of their graduate degrees, STEP is the catalyst for the next generation of leaders to create the world they want to see, together.
