Rabbinical Candidates Visit Thank You

Special thanks to Jasmine for the amazing plethora of delicious Babka and Challahs. She delighted our vegan and gluten-free members with thoughtful and yummy loaves. 

We officially crowned Cynthia the “queen of salads”. She made 4 different and wonderful salads throughout two weekends. There wasn’t a leaf left! 

Eric and Norah prepared two different and delicious soups that were loved by all.

Our teens, Soli, Lemi, and Elijah, spent an afternoon proudly cooking cholent and desserts as part of the community. Everyone on the Kitchen Team brought their enthusiasm from shopping to set-up, cooking and clean-up. The Team worked incredibly hard. To Eric, Cynthia, Norah, Ellen, Judy, Sue, Barry, Elaine, Ed, and our newest volunteer, Lee Horowitz, who became a valued member of the team on day one. 

To all the extra hands these two weeks who shopped, helped in the kitchen or washed linens. Thank you so much. It was truly a community effort. 

The TAA Kitchen Team has a great time together. We encourage everyone in the community with an interest in being part of the team to join us.  We are always looking for new ideas, guest chefs and helpful hands to join us. Send me an email scohencowart@comcast.net and we will welcome you the next time we are cooking.
